For new excavator,after 250h working,diesel fuel filter should be changed,also checking the clearance of engine valve.

1.Maintenance every 250h
(1)Check oil level in Oil Sump,add enough oil;
(2)Check the oil level in final transmission case,add gear oil;
(3)Check electrolyte level in storage battery,if it’s lower than low level,don’t use battery anymore,otherwise it will speed up internal metamorphism in battery and shorten battery’s life.
(4)Check and adjust the compressor belt tension of air conditioner , press your finger between the drive pulley and compressor pulley, bending from 5 to 8 mm is standard.

2.Maintenance every 500h
(1)Carry on 250h maintenance;
(2)Lubricate slewing bearings;
(3)Lubricate the working device;
(4)Put oil into oil sump,and change 6736-51-5142 oil filter;
(5)Change diesel fuel filter 6732-71-6111/600-311-9121;
(6)Check lubricating grease level in rotary pinion,add enough grease;
(7)Clean and check radiator,oil cooler and condenser;
(8)Clean inner of air conditioning system and air filter, if the machine is used in dusty work places,then should maintenance and clean air filter frequently ;
(9)Change ventilation filter of hydraulic tank.

3.Maintenance every 1000h
(1)Carry on 250h and 500h maintenance;
(2)Replace hydraulic filter 207-60-71181,207-60-71182;
(3)Replace the gear oil in slewing mechanism;
(4)Check oil level in shock absorber housing,add hydraulic oil;
(5)Check all the fasteners of turbocharger;
(6)Check rotor clearance of turbocharger;
(7)Check the fan belt tension and replace the fan belt;
(8)Replace the anti-corrosion filter.
